- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The office manager is unbelievably rude...Dr. Michaud is listed as a contracted doctor with PHCS Network. However the office manager is refusing to take my Optimed Health Plan because another patient with same insurance had a claim that was denied. Now is that my fault...not only that... it would be the patient's responsibility to pay the bill if the service wasn't covered.... I really liked Dr Michaud unfortunately due to his very rude office manager I will have to find another doctor.March 22, 2017by Eileen Hartman
