  I have tried Physical Therapy through On the Mend Twice. First part my lower back, and then for my upper back when I was injured in a car accident. Today I showed up for my appointment and they said they had discharged me and would not treat me anymore because I had missed appointments. But I had called them to notify them. I'm a single mom with two daughters, first the young one got sick, then the older one got sick, then I got sick. Katrina at On the Mend was not concerned with patient care at all and proceeded to berate me in front of a room full of other patients. I tried to explain to her that I have no one else to help me, but she wouldn't listen. A phone call before my appointment from them would have been nice to know that they had discharged me. So I wouldn't have had to drive all the way there. I was going to recommend them for the work the other therapist do. But now I cannot recommend them in any good conscience.
