  This was the only Urgent Care in the area open after 4pm on a Sunday. The receiptionist was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the ability to leave and then come back at a certain time, since there were 10 people ahead of me. The doctor was amazingly knowledgeable about my particular injury. He explained it well, and seemed to know just what medicine to prescribe. He also told me of a non-medicine option through chiropracty, and wrote a prescription for a brace. I am thankful for the great service.

  Went in when an injury to my leg got infected. Forgot you could make an appointment online and walked in. Was seen within 30 minutes. The receptionist was very polite and respectful. The assistant who took my vitals was exceptional. She removed my present bandage and cleaned the wound. She apologized every time I said "ouch" - very sympathetic! Saw J.D. Michels - PA-C - who was excellent - first he listened (much appreciated in the medical profession) and then explained everything to me that I needed to do in great detail. Probably spent more time with me than he should have. This has become my "neighborhood" clinic for "everyday" medical situations. The most professional, caring, medical personnel I have seen. Highly recommend.

  Upon my visit I was barely greeted by the receptionist. I came in a few moments before closing and the receptionist made sure to let me know. I continue to see the doctor who was lovely, but had to deal with the receptionist one last time. I went to pay with her and she was extremely rude; probably to the fact I had made her stay five minutes past closing due to the time I came in... she rushed my payment and paperwork which would later be an issue. Three days later I receive a call from this location to let me know that tests show I need a different medication than what they initially prescribed me. After I spend almost $100 on the first medication, NextCare stated that they refuse to refund me any compensation for this inconvience. I would pick somewhere else to go, as they will probably give you the correct medication first and save you a lot of money.

  The whole office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have been going to this clinic for years and I am always impressed with their professionalism. Dr. JD and his assistant is friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable and takes the time needed to explain a diagnosis and provide the care needed. Would recommend this clinic to all. Joyce H.
