  I'm sorry but this place is horrible! I've tried to work with them time and time again and the let me down everytime! The doctors and PAs are always "schedule out" for weeks. Not only that but I may lose my job because my work leave admistrator sent them documents to fill out FIVE TIMES! And everytime they said they never received it even that the fax details came back saying faxed received... I had to email the docs to them, and they still till this day have not filled it out. Everytime I call to speak to someone they say "oh sorry I cant help and all the PAs are with patients then send me to an awnser mechine that im assuming never gets touched because I never recieve a call back... They don't value their customers time nor do they care about the repercussions of their actions. I highly recommend going elsewhere to a place that truly cares about the well being of their clients!

  I went to Western Vascular back when they had their office at Banner Baywood, saw both Dr Vrantic and Dr Tarlian, was a horrific experience. The office was ran like an assembly line, the waiting room would be packed with people with nowhere to sit because of the number of people they were trying to take care of on procedure day, sometimes you would have to go wait in the hospital’s waiting room. Had a number of procedures to close out veins. Had to go back to have some closed a second time after they reopened. Was having a lot swelling again in my legs. Called to make an appointment to be seen and was told by one of the doctor’s assistance that there was no point in her making an appointment because the doctor’s had done all they were going to be able to do. She was very rude and refused to allow me to make an appointment to see the doctor. Telling me I was just going to have to wear the compression stockings and deal with it. SO I requested my medical records so I could go see a different doctor. I only receive a small portion of my file and some of those pages were of other people’s files with my name at the top. Because some how I went from a 30 something man to a 60 something year old woman to a 40 something man. After being treated at a new doctor’s office they found that some of my closures had reopened again. I am thankful that I found the new doctor, he went on to close many other bad veins. I now only need compression stocking when doing certain activities. Had between 6 to 8 procedures done at Western Vascular, with the new doctor plus WV, I have had over 25 procedures. It's a shame they require you to give at least 1 star.
