  Absolutely awful experience! Never have been so humiliated!! He is cranky and wouldn't listen to my situation fully. Because of insurance reasons, I was forced to go to Dr Ameerally to get a referral to a new pain management Dr. at the last minute. He refused to give me my usual medication or at least enough to get me through until they could refer me to a new pain Dr, even though his staff told me otherwise. He said he didn't know me, therefore he couldn't believe me when I told him what meds I was taking because they never got my records faxed over! He demanded to see my prescription bottles, which I hadn't thought to bring because they were supposed to have gotten my records. Then I brought in a print out from my last 2 appointments from my old Dr which plainly stated exactly what I said I was taking, but THAT wasn't good enough!!!! Then I find out that they actually DID have my records, but THAT wasn't good enough either!! I still had to drive all the way home just to get my prescription bottles and had less than an hour to get back before he left for the day!! Needless to say, I don't live close. After all that BS, he refused to give me the meds as prescribed and only gave me ONE of my meds at HALF the regular dose for only 5 days! What a waste of time and extremely stressful.
