  I wish I could give them 0 stars. We went in yesterday to get our dogs nails trimmed and they told us they don't take walk ins after 5 and we could come back tomorrow. I asked if I could make an appointment and they said I didn't need one, so I said okay what time do you open they said 7 so I said okay I will be back in the morning. So we go in this morning and they tell me they can't take them for another hour. So I walk out and tell them I will take my business elsewhere. Well my husband goes in too talk with them and they started yelling at him and kept on saying bye now bye you can leave. Let's just say pet smart will never get any of our money again. Pet Club never treats people like the way those bitches treated my husband and I. Time to blast your horrible business on Facebook and all of social media.
