- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dropped off paper work to be signed by doctor Satya Atmakuri on 4/5/2017 was told it would only take a few days go back today 4/11/2017 get told it can take up to two weeks in the mean time bills are falling be hind cause I can't work until paperwork is signed And they charged me up front $25 just to check two boxes and sign paper...makes me wonder if he even got the paper work....March 14, 2017by Amanda Wright
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Not happy they charge for a heart monitor and said it had water damage never showing it to me nor giving me what they said I damage and want to charge 600$ for a device that I can't get back or see if it was damage.
